ICE RINK
Welcome to a 3,000 sq.m. natural ice rink open at the Fair Square
Our ice rink is the oldest one in the present-day Moscow: there was a rink at Kolomenskoe as early as the end of the XIX century.
At the present-day rink you will find a heated changing room, a storage locker and a rental kiosk offering a wide range of skate sizes and a supporting device – a ‘skating practice assistant’.
Please note that the rink has natural ice surface and can be closed in warm weather. Before visiting, please check details at the rink’s web site.
It you wish to make your visit more informative, here are a few museum sites within a walking distance of the rink:
- the Smith’s Yard and the Kolomenskoe Peasant’s Farmhouse;
- the Millstones in the History of Kolomenskoe and Wonderful City, Ancient City…permanent exhibitions;
- the open-air Museum of Wooden Architecture.
At the More than a Winter section you will learn about other interesting visit options.
